Cornell Elite Basketball Academy

All camp activities will take place in the small Multi-Sport Center on the Cornell College campus. All overnight campers will stay in dorms on campus, with adult supervision night and day.

Driving Directions

Cornell Colllege is located 2 hours driving time east of Des Moines and 3.5 hours west of Chicago. Mount Vernon is located at the intersection of Highways 1 and 30, just 12 miles east of I-380 and 20 miles north of I-80. The Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids (CID) is fifteen minutes away from  campus and offers shuttle service to Mount Vernon.

Directions to Mt Vernon from the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID)
• Turn right from the airport and drive two miles east on Wright Brothers Blvd.
• Go north on I-380 (toward Cedar Rapids) for 2 miles
• Go east on Hwy 30 for 12 miles to the four-way stop at Hwy 1

Directions to Admissions Office from Hwy 30 & Hwy 1
• Go north on Hwy 1 (1st Ave SW) for seven blocks to the stoplight
• Turn left (west) onto 1st St SW in downtown Mount Vernon
